Buy a pack. Open it. Trade if you wish with someone else who has the cards. Now onto the actual playing. But wait! How do I set up my game?
How to set up the game. Place your Off-Hands to the upper left of you, your Extra Off-Hands to the lower left of you. Place your cemetery to your upper right. Now you're free to play! We're almost ready! - Set off-hand(s) [deck] face down. Set it aside. - Shuffle off-hand(s), take 3 cards. This is your hand. - Focus. Whoever has the more total speed (SPD) goes first. - Whoever goes first cannot attack the other player yet, there are no opposing summons on the battlefield. - Wait until both players have their hands and at least one summon on the battlefield. ATK / DEF.. What's the Difference?
Attack (ATK) is the main focus of the game. Use it to take down defense, or defensive (DEF) summons. If one player has 50 ATK and another has 40 DEF, if the ATK summoner attacks, the DEF summon is banished. Now if a player has 40 ATK and another has 50 DEF, if the ATK summoner attacks, the DEF is down to 10 and the ATK summon is banished if it is a C, UC, or R*. *Check Rarities, and Use of a card Rarities (Going Lowest to Highest)
